stormzilla with the following talents
may cast unicorn spritely may cast tower shield and may cast locust swarm

Get the spineyfish from the crown shop or the Storm Hound from the pet shop (also a crown purchase) and it doesn't cast ferries (those are boats), it may cast spritely. :)
