When doing a 4v4 pvp match and someone stuns everyone, they all get 4 stun shields. In a normal battle when someone stuns all opponents, they only have one stun shield. I think they should have 4 stun shields because some people use that to a advantage in worlds like drgonspyre and enemies on higher level worlds to keep them stunned forever so you are guarenteed a win. When ememis stun all of your team, we only get one stun shield also which isn't good because they can easily stun us again just like we can to them. Oh yeah and for future worlds for final bosses in the world, make them ALL different schools of magic because some people buy all death or whatever clothing to have the highest resist posibble against a hard boss making them always win. Going against only a death boss would be easy because they would have about 80% resist making the battle unfair.

If KI doesn't want you to lock down a boss with stuns, they make that boss Stun Immune. All other bosses are fair game.
Stun Immune removes the need for stun shields at all.
If you are having problems with PvE bosses stunning you, you might want to invest in the stun shield spell or conviction from Diego.
Finally, if a player is putting that much resist on, they are losing something at the same time. (whether that is power pip %, health, attack, critical, etc). If you look at all the level 68 Zafaria gear, this was the intended effect. Each set of the three sets gives massive resists against two schools. You have switch them out with each boss, if you want to gain maximum advantage. But like many have already commented, that level 68 gear is also severly diminished on all the other stats besides health, especially when you compare them to the Waterworks gear.
