Storm PvP help

Hello i was wondering if anyone had tips on how to pvp as a storm I have tried a few different tactics but none of them seem to do the job because they take to long to buff up and everyone focuses on me when they realize that i am a storm please leave helpful responses on how to pvp as a storm

what llevel are you if you can use gargantuan or colossal on spells like kracken, shark, bats, and zilla
