I heard that OakHeart has a quest. So i went to him he did not have any quests. I was really mad. I have never done his quest. I have went to every MossBack to see if one of them had the quest but sadly no. How do i get the quest i want to know badly!

Mossback is most often overlooked at the Tree of Life. If you open your map, you'll see where he is.

Does that mean that to get the OakHeart quest I must go to the Mossback in Tree of Life?

Look for mossback and he might have a ? mark over his head, If not you may not have done mossbacks quests.
