Robe of Cold Night has two universal resists

the first is 2%, and the second is 7%.

Is one of these resist icons supposed to be school specific, and if so which one?

Is the resist actually 9% universal? If so why is it split between two lines?

Is one of the resist icons supposed to be a shield break icon, and if so, again which one?

In short, what is going on with this robe?

No, both icons are the symbol for universal damage resist.

your reading the stats wrong one isnt resist its peirce
