I am really upset by the fact that high critical rating, like my 191, barely ever criticals! So maybe, just thinking, that there could be like a backup rating, so that if you don't critical, than you would get +25% to your spell. The chance for it would go up to 100, where you would get it every time you didn't critical. So Falmea or Greyrose, please do something about this, because it's annoying. Could you at least tell me what critical rating you will need to always critical? Thanks,
