can't collect Zodiac tome

Same problem as this thread, which has been locked for some reason:
Defeated Karaloc but can't get the tome that is by him.

Three of us had the same problem this morning. Can't complete the Zodiac tome quest because of it.

Just a thought...

There is one book in StormRiven with Karolac, and there is one in StormRiven Hall (in a mini-instance). Maybe you picked up the StormRiven tome already, and you need the other one?
