I think that we should have level 70 mounts for permanent but the catch is... You must train them! What do you guys think? I have the location too. It would be behind the doors in the nidaveler. I think its called that. But you would have to train them to adult to ride them. If you eqquip them when they are too young then you will carry them and go 5% slower on baby and 10% slower on teen. At adult your speed will be increased by 50%. They are rare and are only for your school at lvl 70. They can also give you stats for your school as in 120 critical for your school or 50% armor piercing but if you have equipped it and it disappears in a battle you will still have the stats. When you carry it as a kid it will have spritely. When its teen it will give you 50% damage for your school and adult is 120 crit for all and 50% armor piercing.
