My friend Nicole DarkHeart is level 13 and has no Training Points. I checked with her and she has not used them on a new school or on Sabrina GreenStar(in fair grounds not sure about name) or any other place because she is not a member. I believe she should have either 3 or 4 Training Points because I dont know if she did Prospector Zekes Find The Smiths quest. I want this fixed because she wants to learn Myth along side me.
The only way your friend can get assistance is if she actually contacts us with this issue. Have her send an email to support@wizard101.com with the following information.
1. account name (but never ever the password) 2. character name 3. character level 4. problem she is experiencing
We cannot help her through you, she must contact us herself. We will not share account information with someone other than the account holder.
