Hey Wizard101 Message Boards, Ok, so I was raising my new Blossom Pixie on my death wizard. I hatched on my death so then I decided to delete it. Before I deleted it, however, I tried to remove all the items it had into the shared bank. When I did this, I did not realize that I had hit the "move to bank" button instead of the "move to shared bank" button. So, when I had deleted the wizard, my permanent mount, Blossom Pixie and crown pets were gone with it.
Can Kingsisle please recover my wizard or items??? How long would this take??
It's really your responsibility to take care of your items but you may request a character restore from Mr. Lincoln. Send the following information in an email to support@wizard101.com
Account name (but Never password!) Deleted character name Deleted character level When you deleted the character
The sooner you contact Mr. Lincoln with this information the better chance you have to get your character, and the items back.
