this spell is very simple

Cover
3 pips ice
target one person
cannot be used for two people
take all damage for said targeted plaer for one turn

That's basically taunt. And it DOES NOT affect pvp.

Also, isn't beguile somewhat similar to an extent??

Well, taunts are pretty much supposed to take care of that ability, but don't.
It should cost zero pips because of that(KI make taunts do what they're supposed to do in PVP!) .
