how do i get 55 spell

I know the quest is su su sudrilund, but I just unlocked Wintertusk and I wanted to know if anybody could tell me how to get the su su quest and who to get it from. Thx! 8) :) :-) :D

Basically, keep doing the main quest line. Su Su Sudriland is the first quest in Sudrilund. You have to go through hundrle fjord, austrilund and Vestrilund to get it.
