Where can you get that wand?

So, I saw someone with I think a death wand that had 20 critical rating and 50 block. I thought it was a craftable wand in wintertusk but that was a no go. I'm curious, how do you get something like that?

That would be the Hawkrider Claymore. It comes with the Hawkrider Bundle, available at Walmart for $29.
