I bought an item to craft and I need sandstorm treasure cards. I have tried Celestia and WC but I can't find them to buy or craft. There is a craft at the Balance tree in Kroc. but I'm not balance to buy it. Can someone help me to find them.
That was the first place I looked. I went to every place that sells treasure cards. Also everyone who sells the craft recipes. Now I thinking there is somewhere I'm not looking.
