Fixing PvP

(I made another thread like this I waited 24 hours and I haven't seen it if it does show moderators please close this thread).

So guys I made this thread to see what you guys think needs to be done to fix PvP. Simple as that.

Please no saying certain spells need to be weakend or weakening a certain class in genral to make another class stronger.

Ranked pvp needs to be totally redesigned.

non-ranked is perfectly fine as it is.
