Cant use teleporters or hatchery

Hi guys,
you know the white teleporter thingys on the ground (the four circles next to one another ) i cannot use them at all .. everyone keeps telling me to press x but nothing happens, also i cant use any of the ones in the hatchery in pet pavillion, Why is this, im a paying member so surley i should be able to use them, im regretting paying now as i cant seem to do anything

White Teleporters or white sigils? If they are the round circles on the ground, you need to see Jack Hallow who will give you a quest to see Marlorn Ashthorn. Then you should be able to use the sigils in Ravenwood.
