no sound for hallowe'en tower enemies???

A few enemies on the towers do not have dialogue. Is this a bug or did kingsisle not have time for it

Plz answer. My new char, Finnigan Frost.

I have heard No music on battles or dialog for some enemies. I think it kinda goes with the Hallowe'en theme.
