I don't know if there is a topic for this, but I think the phrases used when someone can't use open chat are inadequate.
Like I would want to say: "Go there and tell me to port".
I don't really like running around behind someone to somewhere when I can simply port right in the battle. Meanwhile I can for example do my own quests.
Phrase "Help" would also need some spesifications. Like "Help, next quest is difficult" or "Help, i'm loosing this battle!" or "Help, i'm in trouble". (This would be corrected if everyone only would call help when they truly need it)
This is because I don't want rush porting to somewhere (possibly straight from a battle) and see the someone calling for help is currently SHOPPING.
I could probably think about 20 similar.. but getting these in the phrases would make a difference.
