Character Deleted ~Customer Support working?

My 8 year old son accidently deleted his highest level guy last night. 34 Death.
His guy has all the houses we bought with crowns and his pets too.

I have gone to Help and Support to submit a ticket, filled out the form, hit submit. It askes me for a valid email address. My address is correct so i hit continue and i get an error telling me that my email address is already in the database and i can not create another account.

How do i submit a ticket for help if it gives me errors? I would like to have my sons character restored please.

The sooner you do, the better the chance we'll be able to recover the deleted character.

When you contact support, please ensure that you give us:
->the account name
->the character name
->as much information about what you encountered as you can

NEVER send us:
->your password
->your credit card information

The more information you give up front, the faster your issue can be resolved.

Prof. Greyrose, she said she CAN'T submit a ticket to support. She needs a more valid advice.
