Does anyone know what boss to get the lifeforce blade from? Some people told me it was in the waterworks and I'm not sure which boss.

Lifeforce Blade drops from the 4 brothers in Nastrond, Luska Charmbreak, Sylster Glowstorm, Ervin & Taurus, and Lyon.
