what happened to my genie

On my storm wizard I have the dessert palace. When i went to my house the geine was missing and i could not even get in to my bank. I was wondering why beacuse it has never happened before. :-( :?

If you couldn't even get into your bank my first thought would be that your computer lost internet connection.

same thing! i was wondering aww i want my genie why cant i use it is it removed or something?
