there should be a quest that not only grabs ya one pegasus mount ( white for all schools besides death, death get the black one)
in the quest ya talk to cyrus drake and he send ya on a mission through out all the spiral up to ms
after fighting many bosses in solo fights
a pegasus comes down from the sky and says wizard of ( school name ) i heard your call and now i grant you my power
ya now have the following in your inventory
pegasus hat of power
plus one power pip and 12 % increase to all schools
pegasus robe of defence
plus one power pip and 12 % resist
pegasus boots of the fast
plus 60% speed boost and 20% increase to all spells
a pegasus mount that gives 80 speed boost
and i am still working on the pet it comes with i will edit when its done
Sounds more like a Myth/Life quest for a Pegasus Spell (lvl 68 maybe?) and they wont do a quest cause the Pegasus's are good seller's in the Crowns Shop. It's all about Economics. If the item isn't being bought much, maybe the price will be lowered OR it could be bought for gold or a quest? But this isn't happening with Pegasus's so.... not gonna happen any time soon. Also, the Speed boosts seem REALLY high. and if all clothes give you another pip, well that gives you a lot of pips which shall bring problems in PvP. Resist is the same with pips, it's really high for all clothes and would bring out arguments between the community. Sorry, it's just not gonna work :(

only 2 power pips added and 3 if ya count a wand that gives one
also there is only 12% resist and plus 40% extra power to all spells and the mount gives the plus 80 percent the boots are a extra 60 percent
this isnt so bad i have seen many with higher stats and yet nobody complains
besides the gear is gonna be 40 and up if i didnt mention that at that level the boost should be fine and also the gear will be no pvp so dont say they will complain
this idea is good but ya saw it in the wrong way
120% extra speed isnt that bad in fact it will be the best racing mount in the game
edit i meant 140% isnt that bad
also the pet will have all may cast talents and one will be spritely
