you have to win until you get enough points to rank up. just watch out for those strong guys. remember, the higher the opponents rank, the more points you get and the less points you lose
i have enough arena tickets to reedem for a pet but it says i cant redeem them because aparently i am not the right rank or something

To get some pets, you have to be a certain rank in pvp. You earn ranks by winning matches in pvp. I think you have to be at least a knight rank to get a pet or sergeant. Do not remember exactly. But everyone starts at private. Then corporal, to sergeant, Veteren, to knight, captain, commander, to the highest rank, warlord.
