I know lots of people have thought of this before, but maybe we should get into how a wizard101 trading card game would work!
Card Types: Attack Cards, your attacks in wizard 101 Charms: Blades and Weaknesses Wards: Shields and traps Bubble Cards: Moves like Wyldfire Equipment cards: Wands and stuff that allow you to use certain moves or raise stats (like give you wand spells and better power pip chance and critical chance) XP cards: cards that raise your level in the battle
Accuracy is decided with 2 10 sided dice, available with all packs except booster packs. Cards have accuracy something out of 20 (75% = 1-15 works, 16-20 fizzles)
Players start at level 10, and can only use cards that a wizard can learn at level 10. Then after each round you go up one level, and XP cards can raise your level by 5 or 10, or even make you go up 2 per round!
To keep track of pips, use pip counters. Once you are level 20-29, you get to roll a 10 sided die at the beginning of your turn, if you get a 1, you get a power pip counter, then at 30-39 if you get a 1 or 2. At 40-49" 1, 2 and 3; 50-59: 1, 2, 3, or 4; then at 60: 1,2,3,4, or 5. Cards can boost this percent.
At 50 you would roll a 10 sided dice before any attack spell is played and if you get a 1, you critical. At 60, you critical if you get a 1 or a 2.
With Each world they could make a new expansion! They would start with the Malistaire Expansion (WC-DS), the Grizzleheim & Wintertusk Expansion, and the Celestia Expansion for Booster Packs!
They could also have starter decks that gives you cards for a certain school up to level 42! Each booster pack would have some of these cards and other random cards!
Post your ideas here :D PS: wow that's a lot for one post lol
