Hello, fellow wizards! I've been travelling around Tatakai Outpost as of late, and I'm noting a lack of Otomo Supply Runners. Where in the world have they gone? I'm around their (according to the map) spawning point, yet there's not a single one! Should I ask to go into Crimson Fields, where there's more Supply Runners?

No, you have to find them there. Try switching realms. Whenever I'm doing a quest like that and none of the MOBs that I'm supposed to fight are there, switching realms helps 9 times out of 10.
