Well, i am confuzzled. ALL my friends have gone in Briskbreeze Tower and gotten the badge but i never learned where to get it or how. I really want to go in but i still dont know how! Please i ask anyone who has gone in and remember and tell me please. plz plz plz Have a nice day!

I think its from a task on Colossus Boulevard or somethin'....

I got it once I hit level 50 (I'm Ice, BTW.) So I really wouldn't know... Look it up on Central. They can probably tell you.
