The World Tree

Alright, so my storm lvl 20 wizard just unlocked grizzleheim but the world tree in ravenwood is still closed. He did not unlock krockotopia yet. Does anyone have an answer?

You have to finish the main quests for Wizard City first.

Or if you have a house (since your above level 15) you should be able to access Grizzleheim from your house door.

One it is strange you have not unlocked krok at the level your at and two do the quests in wizard city and you unlock the tree
