Players who have reached level 48 and completed the Dragonspyre quest "The Final Countdown" should speak to Merle Ambrose for more information about Celestia.
If yer character has not done all the extra sub quests in all the worlds they will end up being level 45 and done with Dragonspyre!!! It was a big mistake for me!
