Grizzelheim and dragonspire both have crafting stations, that are stuck in their worlds. You have to go to a specific location to use them. I suspect you need the Grezzelheim station. I don't know where it is, but once you find it you can craft on it.
That robe can be crafted on the Equipment crafting table. If it is not letting you then there is another reason such as it needs to cool down or you do not have all the ingredients. Also, it you place you crafting tables close to each other check to make sure you are actually using the equipment table.
