If there's a solar eclipse, I wonder if a Pyromancer could still use Fire Magic. If there were a lunar eclipse, maybe no one could use Moon Magic. Please comment.

um the fire school's magic comes from the dragon's power to control fire, and also this is the wrong forum maybe Lindia Greyrose can move this to another forum
