Psycic School?

I have an idea: a psycic school.
The new place would be an add on of celestia, called Psydotopia or something similar.
There would be two types: Telekinetic and Mental.
Telekinetic would be the idea of like green lantern, except magic and the wands would be gauntlets.
Mental is something you can make up .....

for mental it might be the power to make something out of nothing and give ya stuff like pips or mana or better yet a bigger chance of critical

You should be like being able to read the opponent's spell that'd be casted if you were Psycic. Nice idea!
