Ugh please help me

My brother transferred my Phoenix over to his character. And I was clearing off some of the extra wizards and deleted his. Now my fire doesnt its Lvl 58 pet. Please can someone help me. The character I deleted name was Jacob(I think), was fire, and was lvl 1 or 2.

Send him an email to support@wizard101.com with the following information

Account name
Deleted Character name
Deleted Character school
Deleted Character level (approximate if you can't exactly recall)

NEVER send us or anyone else
your password
your full credit card information
