enough or too much health or mana?

ok, my 26 pyromancer has 1387 health without arena gear. is this too much for my level? the reason i say this is because most of the time in pvp i have the most health. i have even seen some ice wizards higher levels then me have about 1200 health. i also have 230 mana right now, is this good or bad?

That's really good. I've seen other people with that amount and they are higher levels then you are.

and the weird thing is, fire wizards are meant to have the second lowest health in the game. and even weirder, one or two items are level 15+
