How i can get to Moo Shu

I really want to go to another world :-D .Now,i already visited wizard city,krokoptia,and grizzleheim.My question is:
1)What level we can go to Marleybone
2)What quest bring us to Marleybone

You have to finish the storyline quests in Krokotopia (including the Krokosphinx and the Tomb of Storms) before you can go to Marleybone.

You'll be able to after defeating Krokopatra in the Tomb of Storms and then talking to some guys. Also, your title says how can I get to MooShu, but you ask how to get to MarleyBone. Just thought I'd point that out.
