One thing that can improve game is giving students 5 points per level to add to their status rating however they would like like adding 1% to there defence rateing in whichever one they want same with resistance, accuracy, critical hit, and block rating i know you sell equipment for that but it will give lower level more of a chance as well as giving programers a way of making even more powerful creatures and world to fight in.
