I can't get my lvl 55 spell quest

I am very annoyed right now. I just hit lvl 55 and when I go to Erik Wyrdrune he still tells me to get all the WT runestones. (I haven't completed that quest) He doesn't let me get my life spell quest and it is making me very angry :x Why won't he just give it to me?

Because you haven't completed all the requirements that Prof. Greyrose has posted on these forums several times. It takes more than just being level 55.

Check the posted requirements for the Spell Quest in the Headmaster's Announcements section:

More than likely you have not completed one of the requirements to get the quest yet.
