Insane bolt is actually Moon damage, so it won’t use Storm blades/buffs.
It will use all ‘generic’ buffs and debuffs but no school specific stuff. So spells like Tower Shield, Balance Blade, Dragon Blade, Weakness and Plague, will affect it. Resist all gear will also affect it.

i have a question, will monsters be givin insane bolst like wild bolt? i would love to see a boss kil himself because of it lol
