I retrieved the power core from Golem Tower and now need Torrence to charge it. Every time I talk to him the dialog and animation shows progression but the quest doesn't actually update to the next step.
Edit: After 5 times cycling through the animation, relogging and then doing it a couple more times it apparently "fixed" itself.
