Ice Serpent

I have been trying to get the Ice Sepent many times and I still havent received the pet yet. Is there a problem or something because I have defeated Prince Gobble Stone many times' like 30 times already and I still havent received The Pet yet. So is there a prblem in the server or do I keep trying because I'm getting a little disappointed

Keep trying. Might even be easier if you are a high level and come back later.

But when I start a new character, I like staying until I get the pet. Like Rattlebones for the myth sprite.
