Krok righ standard?

Ok so I've noticed a couple things about Krokotopia.

1. WC it only need 4 streets (madatory- UW,CL,TA,FA) and they are SO small. I know the wizards are new but still, let them get oriented with WC. And the fire prymid is like almost the amount of all WC streets put toghether.

2. (this is balance- but in krok) hydra only hits 565 (i think) for 6 pips, some hit 600's/700's in other schools- don't say traps/blades= high spell because you can do that anywhere

3. why does even small story quests have so many xp? (no complains there :) :) :) :) :)) for example i walked 200 arrow things and just Talked TO SOMBODY! and got 665 xp! I know it's because of increase xp per level, but keep the level up number simple and do less xp.

4. Question- does mooshu have spirit like krok has elmental? (I have thermic sheilds so you know. And i'm death (near immune to spell) and own spirit sheilds to so it might be easiar. So, can i get rid of thermic and replace with spirit sheilds?
