More low lvl quests

I think we should have more low lvl quests in unicorn way and i think there should be another town in wizard city

Why? There's enough quests in Unicorn Way, and Wizard City doesn't need any more than it already has.

Besides, Unicorn Way quests give the least experience. Why would you want more quests there?
