I have this problem with my "Allow Friend Teleports" button. Its default setting is "No" and it wont work even when it says yes. My friends can't port to me. I need help.
If you saved your settings, and it's listed as "Yes" when you open the menu again, then your friends should be able to teleport to you in most places.
Be aware that teleporting isn't allowed in some instances/dungeons and buildings (i.e. the Golem Tower).
Also, your friends on one wizard aren't carried over to other wizards on your username.
If the game won't allow your friends to teleport to you in an area such as the Commons, and the setting is listed as "Yes" when you open it, send in a ticket to Support.
