If you've defeated the War Oni, you should have a quest to go talk to Shojiro Gama in Hametsu Village. If you don't (which can happen if you did the instance with somebody else before you got it as a quest), go talk to Mr. Gama anyway. If he has nothing to say, go see Tan Keng in the Jade Palace.
