On Grandmaster gear can you please add critical and block. Thank you.
Once you get to CL you can make/buy gear for GMs that have both. If you are saying add it to the best gear you can get from DS it raises questions and concerns...why would you want to introduce this new CL concept back to lower levels? It takes awhile to get used to playing with Crits/Blocks, and each person needs time in CL to adjust. Giving it too early, such as those in DS, would be a tad early (like allowing high school seniors to take advanced college level classes while most can only handle, at the best, the quasi-college/beefed-up high school classes called Advanced Placement).
