I was wondering if a generic transmute spell could be added such as any spell from any school to another magic type. For example I could be a life wizard and get a Kraken spell if I had a "transmute to life" spell I could cast it as if it were a life spell but it would work exactly as if it were the Kraken for Fire or Ice instead of Storm.
I am not sure how this would pan out over all but the thought popped into my head and I just thought I would lay it out here.
It's an interesting idea, but it would give too much attack power to such schools as Life and Ice, since it could assumedly be cast as a school spell with full power-pip credit.
