if you going to make the max lvl70 have lvl70 henchman have there lvl68 or some other lvl spell and make them start with 5 power and make the max pips you can have to 10 so you can use the lvl58 spell form the amulets like have 1 of the lvl58 spell in eash amulet and you can be what class you want to be to get the one of the lvl58 spell from the amulet

I didn't understand any of what you just said. Try making your sentence easier to understand.
