I completed all the main quest line to open the ds spiral but left some side quest for later, now I can't re enter some areas to back track, I also have missed 2 books of knowledge and can't enter there now to finish that quest, should I have done the side quest before completeing the main quest line? I often in the past left side quest for later and had no problems in other areas.
