This was a bug that was reported previously, and Support at KI replied that "the fix was in the Test Realm and should be in the game when it comes out live".
Well, it still isn't working. There is no Yellow Quest Helper Arrow for this quest:
"Pick Up the Spare" -- Locate Empty Crystal in the Upper Grand Chasm in Dragonspyre. Quest given by Belia Windgazer.
The yellow quest helper arrow "does" show okay in the Quest Box, and the "words" for the quest show okay on the screen, but there is no quest helper arrow showing "on the screen".
I do have my quest helper turned "on". And the quest helper "is" allowed for this quest. But it isn't working right.
