Is the white rat magician only avalible in crowns in the pet pavilon or can you buy it in gold? If so where do you buy it ,and how much does it cost?

you can farm the counterweight room in mb for the white rat magican, it does not come with a card, the other counterweight room has the clockwork golem, it doesn't have a card either.
