My friend bought me a gift certificate - so I could get an ice-pet before the time ran out. That worked out fine. I decided to use my credit card and buy another - in case the wizard benefits were not what I wanted. (since the deadline is today, midnight) I entered the code my email provided in the redeem box - I had my ice-wizzy already logged in. no gift box showed in the lower left corner as it did for the first gift certificate.
I even tried logging out and coming back in. Nothing. What have I done wrong>? I got the lowest priced gift certificate. The message I got when entering the code was it had already been used.
Are you sure you wrote the right code? If you got the message that the code had already been used, that means you could not re-use it to clami an ice elf (you might have accidentally inputted the code from the certificate your friend gave you).
Check again to make sure you found the right code; the one you bought for yourself, and copy-paste that one.
